We are currently hiring an Account Executive to sell WesleyLife At Home services by identifying leads, educating prospects, and providing customer support. This position is paid a base salary and incentive.

Account Executive Job Functions:

• Maintains weekly call plan of targeted referral sources and manages sales time/resources to achieve goals.
• Provides ongoing recommended enhancements to current product/services and suggests new product/service/niche offerings.
• Develops and maintains physician, hospital, and ALF/ILF/SNF profiles including background, contact history, objectives, referral trends, etc.
• Maintains communication with referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Researches and maintains up-to-date information on market competitors including pricing, census, product information, and marketing strategies.
• Maintains open communication with others on sales progress and industry challenges.
• Participates in and helps lead sales meetings to review market sales activity, potential problems, and new opportunities.
• Builds relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and community organizations.
• Collaborates with others to develop sales/marketing plans to maintain current client base, grow client base, and identify potential new referral sources. Reviews and revises plans quarterly.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentations skills
• Knowledge of consultative sales process and sales techniques
• Knowledge of state, federal, and other regulatory requirements relating to home care
• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• One year of full-time work experience in sales and marketing (home care sales strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) preferred
